A delicate fine gold cable chain carries five equally spaced four-petal clover medallions, each one filled with deep, lustrous black enamel and framed all the way around by a fine milgrain bead border in warm gold — the tiny dotted edge adding an artisanal, hand-finished quality that makes each clover look individually crafted.
