It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability to receive the order. If unavailable, please arrange someone to receive it on your behalf.

Refund Eligible Situations
A refund or replacement will only be considered in the following cases:

Parcel lost by the courier
Wrong item delivered
Item arrived damaged

Delivery Timeframe
Delivery timelines depend on the courier service selected. Niel Jewells is not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

Urgent Orders
Requesting an urgent order does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery. Timelines depend on courier availability and your location.
