Exchange policy
Hi there! Just a quick note, we don't provide refunds or exchanges for sanitation reasons. Also, since all sales are final, we can't swap products unless there's a problem with them. We have 9-10 self-taken photos of every product on our website and Instagram reels, so be sure to choose carefully.
We now offer a 20-day warranty for all products on our site. If anything breaks or pearls come out, we'll replace it. After 20 days, though, we can't assist 😔.
We take pride in the quality of our products, but sometimes issues can occur. If you receive a defective, broken, or tarnished product within 20 days of your order, we'll arrange a replacement. If an item is missing, we'll ship it to you.
To get a replacement, simply send us an email or a message on our official whatsapp number with:
- Your order number as the subject
- A short description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
This policy only covers items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects, or if an item(s) is missing from your order. The item will be exchanged with the exact same one you ordered. If it's out of stock, then we can switch it with a different design. We can't assist with items damaged from misuse, abuse or tear.
